Did you know that we are located only a short distance from camping and fishing locations? We are close to both Granger Lake and Lake Georgetown.
Granger Lake is a short 13 miles from our facility and offers camping, fishing, hiking trails, and even equestrian trails. Granger Lake is known for crappie fishing, but also has catfish and white bass. There are three camping facilities, Fox Park, Taylor Park, and Willis Creek Park.
Lake Georgetown is a bit further at 23 miles but still close enough to get to in a short time. Lake Georgetown offers camping, fishing, and hiking trails. Lake Georgetown is known for white bass but also has largemouth and small mouth bass, and hybrid stripper bass. There are three camping facilities, Jim Hogg Park, Russell Park, and Cedar Breaks Park.
